Endura small parts racking machine. The patented FasTrack is the worlds first, commercially manufactured racking/unracking machine. Available in two standard sizes to handle 24" and 36" long racks, the FasTrack has become the workhorse of the small parts finishing industry.
- Dramatically reduces Racking and Unracking Labor Costs To Load a Rack Insert the rack - push handle down to bring the rack up to the fixed jaw. Step on the foot pedal and the whole row of pins is squeezed together. Place the parts on the closed pins, step off the pedal, and the jaw opens. Rotate the rack to the next row of empty pins and repeat until the rack is full. Remove and replace with another empty rack. To Unload a Rack Lock the jaws in the un-racking position. Hold the rack with the pins down between the jaws. Step on the foot pedal and the parts all drop into a bin below. Step off the foot pedal and rotate the rack to the next set of pins to be unracked. Repeat until the rack is empty.
FasTrack small parts racking machine can dramatically increase small parts racking and unracking efficiency, significantly reducing racking and unracking labor costs. Safe to Use FasTrack equipment has proven to be exceptionally safe in finishing plants around the world. Helps Prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Carpal tunnel syndrome injuries are a common and expensive issue in plants that manually rack and unrack small parts on tension finger racks. The FasTrack virtually eliminates racking and unracking carpal tunnel syndrome injuries. No Rack Marks when Unracking If employees are not careful, while removing parts from tension racks, they can easily damage (scratch) the internal part finish. Unracking with FasTrack equipment eliminates this problem. Racks Last Longer The jaw spacing on FasTrack small parts racking machine can be adjusted when racking and unracking. This adjustment is used to limit the stress applied to the racks during racking and unracking. No Electrical or Compressed Air Needed Manual FasTrack machines do not require any electrical or compressed air supply. Can be Used Anywhere in Your Plant The manual FasTrack small parts racking machine can be quickly and easily positioned, or repositioned, in the plant as needed. Height of Pins to be Racked is Adjustable Racks can be adjusted up and down in the FasTrack. This adjustment is used to optimize the contact between the parts and the tension fingers. Easy to Operate New operators can typically rack and unrack parts on the FasTrack, safely and efficiently, with just a few minutes of initial training. Heavy Duty Construction FasTrack machines are frequently used in high production plants running multiple shifts. FasTrack machines have a well deserved reputation for durability and reliability. Fast Return on Investment Dramatically increasing racking and unracking efficiency, eliminating carpal tunnel costs, reducing internal scratch marks and reducing rack wear ensure a rapid return on investment for companies purchasing FasTrack equipment. Available for 24, or 36 Inches of Pins Standard FasTrack models are available for tension racks with 24" and 36" of pins. Custom width racking machines can be quoted upon request.
